About
My favorite type of fish is the Chilean Sea Bass. It has a rich and buttery taste. It also takes on flavors of sauces and spices.
Chilean Sea Bass is not cheap, but you can get a high quality product at Costco. The roasted pineapple and habanero sauce can be found at Costco as well.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 Chilean Sea Bass fillets (4 to 6 oz)
- 3 tbsp. of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. of white miso paste
- 1 tbsp. of fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp. of fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp. of avocado oil, can use vegetable or olive oil
- ¼ tsp. of salt
- 2 tbsp. of roasted pineapple and habanero sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your Chilean Sea Bass paste: Add sesame oil, ginger, dill, miso paste, and salt and mix well.
- Marinate the Sea Bass fillets with the paste.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes or longer before cooking.

- Plate Sea Bass with your favorite side dish and top your fish with the roasted pineapple and habanero sauce.
